Our aim is to provide unrivalled, proactive, customer service – from our delivery drivers to our field sales representatives through to our dedicated office based customer care team. Our customers range from large local authorities, national FM companies and hotel chains to small restaurants and cafes and we have had the pleasure to service many of them for several decades.
We have invested significantly in our fleet over the last 4 years and now provide a range of 14 environmentally sound Euro 6 vehicles – from panel vans to 7.5 tonne HGV’s. All the vehicles are GPS tracked ensuring we always know just how close they are to their next delivery.
We have a team of experienced drivers many of whom have been with the company for over ten years. Our drivers have Disclosure Scotland certification; carry photographic ID and mobile phones. They receive approximately 35 hours of CPC training on a rolling basis over 5 years.
