We always strive to ensure that the products that we deliver to you are good quality and arrive with you safely in good condition. However, if you need to report a delivery shortage, order error, damages, a return, or replacement, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery (after this time it will be at the company’s discretion) by contacting our Customer Service team for assistance:
